TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Scope of Facility Services

KFM provides specialized facility management services under agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including:

• Soft Services: Housekeeping, daily cleaning, pest control, landscape & gardening, and swimming pool maintenance.
• Security & Vigilance: Manned security guarding, police-verified personnel, access control, and 24x7 night vigilance patrols.
• Hard Technical & Water Operations: Electrical services, plumbing services, STP maintenance, WTP maintenance, and CCTV operation.

2. Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Adherence

KFM operates with 100% adherence to Government Statutory Rules and Labour Laws in India:

• All personnel are enrolled under Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI) schemes.
• Manpower wages strictly conform to the Minimum Wages Act as applicable in Karnataka.
• Monthly statutory payment challans (PF/ESI) are submitted to client associations upon request.

3. Client Responsibilities & Site Access

Clients (Residential Apartment Associations, Commercial Complexes, and Builders) shall provide safe working access, necessary utility connections (water and electricity for scrubbers/pumps), and designated staff room facilities required for smooth daily operations.

4. Proposals, Billing & Payment Terms

All service quotes and staffing estimations issued on this website represent preliminary operational calculations. Binding financial terms are defined in formal written service contracts. Invoices are generated monthly and are payable within the agreed credit window specified in the contract.

All website content, software design systems, brand graphics, images, trade dress, and the business name "Kesari Facility Management" (KFM) are strict proprietary assets owned exclusively by Kesari Facility Management. Unauthorized copying, cloning, duplication, re-publishing, or commercial use of any part of this website or business name is strictly prohibited and subject to civil and criminal legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957, Trade Marks Act, 1999, and Information Technology Act, 2000 in India.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all commercial service contracts entered into with Kesari Facility Management shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
